It’s official. The domain is set, the brand is forming, and Pixel Vixen is finally stepping out into the light.
For a long time, I’ve been the one behind the scenes—managing schedules, handling the logistics of a busy household, and keeping things running smoothly at a full-time corporate job (one that I love, and still work at). But there’s always been a creative side that I’ve always found a way to build on, even before the kids were born (like, HTML 2.0).
This blog is the start of something along those same lines.
Why “What ever Lola wants…”?
It’s more than just a catchy phrase or a play on my name. It’s about intention. After years of focusing on what everyone else needs—from band booster fundraisers to household planning—this space is dedicated to the things that fuel my fire:
Digital Creativity: Exploring the world of Canva, AI prompts, and e-commerce.
Affiliate Adventures: Partnering with brands I actually love, like Just Strong and Find the Good.
The Hustle: Advocating the process of back surgery pre- & post-op questions and concerns, mental health support and all the ‘good’ these things bring.
The Vision
I want to bridge the gap between “corporate professional” and “digital nomad.” Whether I’m researching genealogy, cheering on McLaren at the next F1 race, or planning the next big family trip to Alaska, I’m doing it with a new lens: creation over consumption.
This is just the first step. There are logos to refine (as you’ve seen!), products to test, and plenty of “learning moments” ahead. I’m glad you’re here for the ride.
